Welcome to Continental Luxury Car Rental. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms below,
created to ensure a smooth and secure rental experience.

1. General

These terms apply to all reservations made through our website, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, email, or in person.
We may update them periodically; the current version is always listed here.

2. Eligibility

Renters must:

• Hold a valid driving licence
• Meet UAE legal age requirements
• Provide identification required by UAE authorities
• International drivers must comply with local licensing rules.

3. Reservations

A booking is confirmed once written approval is received. We may request additional information to verify
identity and driving eligibility. Rates depend on vehicle category, season, and availability.

4. Vehicle Use

Renters agree to:

• Follow UAE traffic laws
• Keep the vehicle within the UAE unless approved
• Avoid off-road driving unless explicitly permitted
• Ensure only authorized drivers operate the vehicle
• The renter is responsible for fines, violations, or damages.

5. Returns & Fuel

Mileage limits (if any) will be communicated in advance. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level.
Late returns may incur extra charges.

6. Insurance

All vehicles are insured per UAE regulations. No security deposit is required: our partner Cardoo guarantees payment of fines and damage to us, and the cost of this guarantee is included in the rental price. The renter remains responsible for fines and damage (see section 4); Cardoo offers convenient ways to pay them.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation and modification terms depend on the vehicle and rental dates. Some bookings may be non-refundable.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle or disruptions caused by external factors
such as traffic or weather.

9. Privacy

We protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
