When signing the contract, clients holding a tourist status in the UAE need to have their:

If the accident was the driver’s fault and the client received a red protocol from the police, the client pays the insurance deductible of up to 20% of the damage amount, but not exceeding 25,000 AED.

The client is also responsible for scratches, chips on the rims, and damage to the car’s interior.

To avoid discrepancies, we carefully document the car’s condition in your presence before the rental begins.

We recommend that you inspect the car after receiving it from valet parking attendants, as minor damages can occur while someone else is handling the car.

Our experience suggests that the cost of minor exterior and interior damage to the car usually does not exceed $100.

Driving on roads not accessible to the public and in the desert is prohibited by law.

Deserts are a specially protected area, entry into which is allowed only with a special permission.

If the car is driven on racetracks and accidents occur, the company waives all insurance obligations.

In most car rental companies in Dubai, you will have to additionally pay for VAT, car wash upon return, and toll road fees.
